Chexanicki is one of the top mares in the reining horse industry. Kelle Smith was the first to show this stellar mare and she was the All American Congress Non Pro Futurity Reserve Champion, Gordyville Non Pro Derby Champion, NRHA Non Pro Derby Champion, and NRBC Non Pro Reserve Champion. Cinder lakes Ranch, LLC purchased this mare in her 6 year old year and Rick Ford showed Chexanicki at the 2006 Cactus Classic where this talented team won the Intermediate and Limited Non Pro Derbies nad were Reserve Champions on the Non Pro division of the derby.
Chexanicki is just getting her chance to prove what a great producer she will be. Sam Smith has a 2006 black Lil Ruf Peppy colt out of Chexnicki and it seems that he will be every bit as talented as his dam. We look forward to seeing her offspring perform in the show arena, as Chexanicki was such an outstanding show horse herself.
